Calf Strain

Calf Strains/Tears – Often the result of overload but also inadequate warm-up. Importantly, the calf has two muscles, the gastrocnemius (the one attaching above the knee with two bits to it) and the Soleus below it (not visible on our picture). Identifying which one has been injured helps us show you the most specific stretches and exercises to get better.
