Hamstring Injuries

Hamstring Injuries – Often the result of overloading (over straining) the hamstrings. This can be because of many reasons such as poor lumbopelvic stability (a poor core), poor hamstring length and strength and adequate hip flexiblity but to mention a few. After diagnosing the Hamstring strain (grades I, II, III) a treatment plan will clearly identify what we need to do to get you back on the pitch and importantly, how long it will take!
