Tennis Elbow

January 30, 2013 by

Tennis or Golfers Elbow – Tennis elbow is on the outside, Golfers elbow is on the inside. they both refer to the tendon of corresponding muscles. It is important to look at the factors within you (Intrinsic i.e. muscle length of your forearm extensors ) and external factors (Extrinsic – your racquet, your technique) to fully assess and identify the source of the pain as well as the cause. Golfer’s elbow can be the result of gripping the club too tightly, playing on hard ground or excessive practice at the range. Let us help you find the solution to prevent the problem coming back again.
